STARBASE Scheduling Information

Please fill out the information below by May 13, 2011.   After collecting the information and putting the schedule together we will send you the STARBASE dates for you to confirm.  Thank you for your understanding of the challenge of piecing together the calendars and schedules of multiple schools.  We appreciate you adjusting your schedule around the STARBASE dates you are given.
