What do you need?
- Garden hose with a spray nozzle (Ask permission from your parents first!)
- 5 gallon bucket
- Liquid dish soap
- 1 spoonful of vinegar, cooking oil, corn syrup, rubbing alcohol

1. Put 1 drop of soap in 5 gallon bucket
2. Spray water in the bucket for 5 seconds. Observe the amount of bubbles that are in the bucket.
3. Spray for 5 more seconds. Observe the amount of bubbles.

What Happened?
Were there more bubbles after 5 seconds or after 10 seconds?

4. Dump out the bucket. Add 1 drop of soap and one spoonful of vinegar. Repeat the experiment steps above.
5. Dump out the bucket after each test and try all of the liquids to see when you have to most bubbles and when you have the fewest. |
