To Download ProEngineer:
1. Set up a PTC account at: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/wcms/forms/index.jsp?&im_dbkey=86840&im_language=en
2. Watch your email for a download link to download your free copy of PTC Pro/Engineer.
3. Install on your computer. Your ProE account (from step 1) will be the username and password that you enter to download the license file.
