Our country is committed to the well-being of its people. STARBASE is a strategic step toward smarter citizens.
Since opening in 1993 we have partnered with the Department of Defense and the Minnesota Air National Guard. The DoD provides our operational funding (along with funding for 70 other sites across the country). The 133rd Airlift Wing of the Minnesota Air National Guard hosts our site and has provided facilities, logistical and volunteer support from day one.
